Comprehensive service
The work that Capcovers performs goes far beyond the installation of a cover on your pool. From the first contact we start a complete process in which our network of authorized collaborators is in charge of the distribution and installation of the cover. The cover is always made to measure in our central facilities in Salteras, under demanding quality standards. From here, and together with the whole set of profiles and the mechanism kit, it will be delivered to the destination, anywhere in Europe, within a guaranteed period of two to four weeks, depending on distances. At all times, the technical team has control of the evolution and situation of the project in a personalized way, so that the customer always has accurate and updated information about his order.
Once at the destination, our collaborators – or our own team, as the case may be – carry out the installation of the pool cover. Depending on the model chosen and the dimensions of the pool, the installation will be ready between 4 and 8 hours, maximum. The process is always the same: the rails are placed, the cover is inserted, the corresponding mechanism is assembled and the pertinent adjustments are made so that the result is perfect. In case the cover is manual, we are finished. If the cover to be installed is automatic, it would also be necessary to establish the electrical connections. A few final checks and you will be able to enjoy your cover forever.
We take care of the customer
Our commitment doesn’t end when the job is done. For example, for the next three years from the date of installation, we guarantee the replacement or repair of any defective or factory-defective component that prevents your cover from functioning properly.
Of course, we will always be at your disposal to keep your investment in good condition. No matter where in Europe you read us from, thanks to our large dealer network, we will provide you with all kinds of after-sales services, such as advice for perfect enjoyment, early or late season tuning of the cover, and replacement of future tarpaulins.
